The invention discloses a magnetic wall-climbing intelligent grinding robot. The magnetic wall-climbing intelligent grinding robot comprises a control system and a robot body; the control system comprises a control cabinet, a remote controller and an HMI display screen; the control cabinet is connected with the robot body through a cable; the robot body comprises a chassis, a walking assembly, a magnet assembly, a grinding assembly, an intelligent navigation assembly and a driving box. The device is attracted to the surface of the steel structure to be polished through the magnet assembly, safety is high, the magnetic force adjusting device can adjust the distance between the permanent magnet and the metal surface of the steel structure, then the magnetic force is adjusted, use of the metal surfaces of the steel structure with multiple different friction coefficients is met, and the application range is wide; the control system communicates with the robot body in real time, man-machine interaction is achieved, and different polishing requirements are met; the intelligent navigation assembly realizes spatial positioning of the robot body and automatic polishing of a planned path; the whole structure is simple, operation is convenient, working efficiency is improved, and the working environment of operators is improved.
