The invention relates to an amphibious robot. The robot comprises a flying robot body assembly, the bottom of the flying robot body assembly is fixedly connected with the top of the ground robot bodyassembly. The flying robot body assembly comprises a flying robot rack. The flying robot rack is of a hollowed-out structure, a power supply assembly and a controller unit which are connected with each other are arranged in the rack, a GPS positioning assembly is further arranged at one end of the flying robot rack, the ground robot body assembly comprises a ground robot rack, a video nacelle is arranged in the ground robot rack, and the GPS positioning assembly and the video nacelle are both connected with the controller unit. Compared with the prior art, the robot has the advantages of efficient and rapid aerial operation capacity, ground operation capacity for coping with complex terrains, high-speed ground movement capacity and the like.
