The invention discloses a steel rail profile abrasion detection vehicle based on the three-dimensional laser scanning technology, and relates to the technical field of rail detection. The front end and the rear end of a vehicle body are each provided with a traction frame and an illuminating lamp. An accelerator controller and a brake controller are mounted below the first support frame; a controller is mounted at the upper end of the second supporting frame; a storage battery placement box is mounted below the second support frame; a power box is mounted below the third support frame; a lasersensor is fixed to the lower end of the vehicle body and used for scanning the profile of the steel rail. According to the invention, the laser scanner is installed on the steel rail profile abrasiondetection vehicle to scan the steel rail; three-dimensional reconstruction is carried out through a computer according to data detected by the laser sensor, abrasion data of the steel rail are detected, the abrasion condition of the steel rail can be found in time, and vibration reduction springs are arranged on an installation base of the laser sensor, so the influence of vibration generated when the detection vehicle operates on scanning data is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种基于三维激光扫描技术的钢轨廓形磨耗检测车,涉及轨道检测技术领域。本发明中:车辆本体的前端和后端均安装有牵引架和照明灯;第一支撑架的下方安装有油门控制器和刹车控制器;第二支撑架的上端安装有控制器;第二支撑架的下方安装有蓄电池放置箱;第三支撑架的下方安装有动力箱;车辆本体的下端固定有激光传感器,激光传感器用于对钢轨廓形进行扫描。本发明通过在钢轨廓形磨耗检测车上安装激光扫描器对钢轨进行扫描,根据激光传感器检测的数据通过计算机进行三维重建,检测钢轨的磨耗数据,能够及时发现钢轨的磨耗情况,并通过在激光传感器的安装座上设置减振弹簧,避免检测车运行时的振动对扫描数据造成影响。
