The invention provides a main track steel rail abrasion detection method and equipment. The method comprises a data preprocessing step, a profile matching step and an abrasion calculation step. Wherein the line laser sensor is used for collecting contour data of the steel rail, and high-precision three-dimensional contour information can be obtained. In the profile matching step, a target profile line and a standard profile line are matched by taking the lower jaw part of the non-acting edge of the steel rail as a reference, and the lower jaw part of the non-acting edge is not in contact with train wheels, is not abraded and is not easily influenced by the outside, so that the detection accuracy is improved by taking the lower jaw part as a detection reference. The precision of profile line matching can be improved, so that the precision of abrasion detection is improved. And the lower jaw part is provided with a corner part which is easy to identify, and a non-acting edge which is adjacent to the lower jaw part is provided with a relatively straight edge part, so that the lower jaw part is easy to identify and position, and the complexity and the calculation amount of an algorithm can be effectively reduced by taking the lower jaw part as a detection reference, thereby improving the abrasion detection efficiency.

    本发明提供一种正线钢轨磨耗检测方法及设备,该方法包括数据预处理步骤、廓形匹配步骤以及磨耗计算步骤。其中,采用线激光传感器来采集钢轨的轮廓数据,能够获取高精度的三维轮廓信息。在廓形匹配步骤中以钢轨非作用边的下颚部位作为基准来进行目标廓形线和标准廓形线的匹配,由于非作用边的下颚部位不与列车车轮接触、不会受到磨损,并且也不易受到外部影响,因此以该下颚部位作为检测基准,能够提高廓形线匹配的精度,从而提高磨耗检测的精度。又由于该下颚部位具有一个易于识别的角部,且与之邻接的非作用边具有相对平直的边部,因此该下颚部位易于识别定位,以其作为检测基准,可有效减少算法的复杂度以及计算量,从而提高磨耗检测的效率。
