The invention provides a main track steel rail detection system and method.The system comprises track detection equipment and computational analysis equipment, the track detection equipment is provided with a camera, a line laser sensor and a mileage encoder, and two-dimensional images, contour point location data and mileage information can be collected in the process of moving along a main track steel rail; the calculation and analysis equipment comprises a positive orbit profile detection part and an orbit surface damage detection part, and can extract a data frame of a to-be-detected position from the profile point location data based on the mileage data, generate a target profile based on the data frame and compare the target profile with a standard profile to obtain a profile detection result; and the rail surface injury can be automatically identified through a neural network model, and an effective injury point cloud is generated based on an identification result, contour point location data and calibration parameters so as to accurately calculate feature sizes of various rail surface injuries. According to the system and the method, a plurality of field detection items can be covered, the data acquisition process is simplified, the detection efficiency is improved, and the shutdown detection maintenance time is shortened.

    本发明提供一种正线钢轨检测系统及方法,该系统包括轨道检测设备以及计算分析设备,其中轨道检测设备设置有相机、线激光传感器以及里程编码器,在沿正线钢轨移动过程中能采集二维图像、轮廓点位数据及里程信息,计算分析设备包括正轨廓形检测部及轨面伤损检测部,能基于里程数据从轮廓点位数据中提取出待检测位置的数据帧,基于该数据帧生成目标廓形并与标准廓形进行比对得到廓形检测的结果;以及能够通过神经网络模型自动识别出轨面伤损,并基于识别结果、轮廓点位数据及标定参数生成伤损有效点云,以准确计算各类轨面伤损的特征尺寸。本发明的系统及方法可覆盖多个现场检测项目,简化数据采集流程,提高检测效率,减少停线检测维护时间。
