The invention relates to the technical field of steel rail offset detection, in particular to a seamless track steel rail detection method of an intelligent track inspection system. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring images of markers on the seamless track steel rail at the current moment and the historical moment, and acquiring longitudinal displacement of the steel rail based on position distribution of a target area in a to-be-analyzed marker image at the historical moment and a to-be-analyzed marker image at the current moment; screening a reference marker by combining the shape similarity condition of the target area in the to-be-analyzed marker image and the other marker image and the shape change degree of the target area of the to-be-analyzed marker; the steel rail camber is determined by integrating the number difference of pixel points under different gray levels in different target areas in each reference marker image at the current moment and the acceleration when the train passes through the reference markers; determining a deformation coefficient according to the gray confusion degree and the steel rail camber, and correcting the longitudinal displacement of the steel rail according to the shape of the target area. The accuracy of the longitudinal displacement measurement result of the steel rail is improved.

    本发明涉及钢轨偏移量检测技术领域,具体涉及智能轨道巡检系统的无缝线路钢轨检测方法。方法包括:获取当前时刻和历史时刻无缝线路钢轨上标志物的图像,基于历史时刻待分析标志物图像与当前时刻待分析标志物图像中目标区域的位置分布获得钢轨的纵向位移量;结合待分析标志物图像与其他标志物图像中目标区域的形状相似情况和待分析标志物目标区域的形状变化程度,筛选参考标志物;综合当前时刻每个参考标志物图像中不同目标区域内不同灰度级下的像素点的数量差异和列车经过参考标志物时的加速度,确定钢轨弯度;结合灰度混乱程度和钢轨弯度确定形变系数,结合目标区域的形状修正钢轨的纵向位移量。本发明提高了钢轨纵向位移测量结果的准确精度。
