The invention provides a switch rail abrasion detection method and device, and the method comprises a contour preprocessing step, a switch rail contour matching step and a switch rail abrasion calculation step, based on the mileage information of the target position and a key position switch rail profile line of a preset switch rail key position, a standard switch rail profile line of the target position is obtained through calculation and used for analysis and calculation, and therefore the problem that no corresponding drawing data exists at the target position between the two key positions of the switch rail is solved; furthermore, in the step of calculating the abrasion of the switch rail, the collected switch rail profile and the standard switch rail profile are matched with a preset standard full-section profile for calculation, a first deviation value and a second deviation value are obtained through calculation, and then the difference value between the first deviation value and the second deviation value is further calculated to serve as the abrasion loss of the switch rail. According to the method provided by the invention, the abrasion of each position of the switch rail can be calculated by adopting the same algorithm, so that the automatic and efficient abrasion detection of the whole switch rail section can be realized.

    本发明提供一种尖轨磨耗检测方法及设备,该方法包括轮廓预处理步骤、尖轨廓形匹配步骤、尖轨磨耗计算步骤,其中,基于目标位置的里程信息以及预设的尖轨关键位置的关键位置尖轨廓形线计算得到目标位置的标准尖轨廓形线用于分析计算,因此解决了在尖轨的两个关键位置之间的目标位置没有相应的图纸数据的问题;进一步,在尖轨磨耗计算步骤中,分别将采集的尖轨廓形、标准尖轨廓形都与预定的标准全断面廓形进行匹配计算,分别计算得到第一偏差量、第二偏差量,再进一步计算第一偏差量和第二偏差量之间的相差量作为尖轨磨耗量。通过本发明的方法,可采用同样的算法对尖轨各个位置的磨耗进行计算,从而能够实现整个尖轨段的自动化、高效的磨耗检测。
