The invention relates to the technical field of corrugation detection, in particular to a steel rail wavy abrasion detection device and method. The steel rail wavy abrasion detection device comprises a mounting bracket; a connecting bracket; the test box is fixedly connected to one end, far away from the mounting bracket, of the connecting bracket, and the test box can move close to or far away from the mounting bracket through the connecting bracket and is fixed; the displacement sensor is mounted on the test box and is used for acquiring corrugation size data of the surface of the detected steel rail; and the image collector is detachably connected to the connecting bracket and is used for collecting image data of the detected steel rail. The steel rail wavy abrasion detection device is simple in structure, small in size and easy to install. The corrugation size data is collected through the displacement sensor, and the corrugation image data is collected through the image collector, so that the detection precision and the detection efficiency are greatly improved, corrugation damage can be quantified, and image data can be formed to facilitate comparison of detection personnel.

    本发明涉及波磨检测技术领域,特别是涉及一种钢轨波浪形磨耗检测装置及检测方法。该钢轨波浪形磨耗检测装置包括:安装支架;连接支架;测试盒,固定连接在连接支架的远离安装支架的一端,测试盒通过连接支架能够相对于安装支架靠近或远离移动并固定;位移传感器,安装在测试盒上,用于采集被检测钢轨表面的波磨尺寸数据;以及图像采集器,可拆卸地连接在连接支架上,用于采集被检测钢轨的图像数据。本发明的钢轨波浪形磨耗检测装置结构简单、体积小、易于安装。通过位移传感器采集波磨尺寸数据,并利用图像采集器采集波磨图像数据,从而大大提高检测精度和检测效率,不仅可以对波磨的伤损进行量化,还可形成图像数据以方便检测人员进行对照。
