The invention provides a steel rail abrasion measuring method and device, and belongs to the technical field of steel rail maintenance. The method comprises the steps that at least two sets of laser sources are used for projecting laser rays to the surface of the steel rail at the same time, and the two projected laser rays are located in the same plane and cover all section parts except the rail bottom; using at least two sets of black-and-white cameras to shoot laser rays, and storing the laser rays as original images; carrying out binarization processing on the original image; carrying out contour curve refining processing on the image after binarization processing; carrying out contour curve extraction on the refined image; correcting the extracted profile curve according to a system calibration result; splicing the images which are obtained by the two cameras and respectively processed by the above steps; registering the spliced image with a standard profile curve by applying an iterative nearest point method; according to the registration result, a horizontal abrasion value and a vertical abrasion value are obtained through a combined measurement method. The method can improve the steel rail abrasion measurement precision.
本发明提供一种钢轨磨耗测量方法及装置,属于钢轨养护技术领域。所述方法包括:使用至少两套激光源同时向钢轨表面投射激光线,投射的两激光线位于同一平面内,并覆盖除轨底外的所有截面部分;使用至少两套黑白相机拍摄激光线,并保存为原始图像;对原始图像进行二值化处理;对二值化处理后的图像进行廓形曲线细化处理;对细化后的图像进行廓形曲线提取;根据系统标定结果,对提取后的廓形曲线进行校正;对两相机得到的分别经上述步骤处理后的图像进行拼接;对拼接后的图像,应用迭代最近点方法与标准廓形曲线进行配准;根据配准结果,分别使用组合测量法求取水平磨耗值和垂直磨耗值。本发明能够提高钢轨磨耗测量精度。
