The invention discloses a steel rail profile portable detector and method based on a three-dimensional laser scanning technology, and the detector comprises a detector body, the back of the detector body is provided with a USB data line, one side, away from the detector body, of the USB data line is provided with a PC, and the two sides of the top of the detector body are fixedly connected with handles. A laser device is arranged at the center of the top of the front face of the detector body, and a mounting cavity is formed in the center of the top of the front face of an inner cavity of the detector body. The screw rod and the threaded sleeve are in threaded transmission connection, and the length mark is used as a moving distance reference basis, so that the laser is driven by the connecting piece to realize displacement adjustment according to steel rail detection requirements, and the laser is adjusted according to different steel rail positions.

    本发明公开了基于三维激光扫描技术的钢轨廓形便携式检测仪及方法,包括检测仪本体,所述检测仪本体的背面设置有USB数据线,所述USB数据线远离检测仪本体的一侧设置有PC机,所述检测仪本体顶部的两侧均固定连接有提手,所述检测仪本体正面顶部的中心处设置有激光器,所述检测仪本体内腔正面顶部的中心处开设有安装腔室,本发明中,通过设置位移调节结构,通过转杆和旋柄之间的手动驱动配合,主动锥齿轮和从动锥齿轮之间的齿轮传动连接,由丝杆和螺纹套之间的螺纹传动连接,以长度标记作为移动距离参考依据,从而通过连接件带动激光器根据钢轨检测需求实现位移调节,使激光器根据钢轨位置不同而随之调整。
