To provide a hybrid type speed reduction reverser capable of reducing a driving sound of a hydraulic pump or an electric motor during low-speed sailing.SOLUTION: A speed reduction reverser 18 comprises: an oil cooler 58 disposed in a cooling oil path 55 for supplying hydraulic oil of an oil tank 19 as cooling oil to a power generation motor 30; a refrigerant pump 74 disposed in a refrigerant piping 72 connected to the oil cooler 58; an electric motor 73 for driving the refrigerant pump 74; and a control unit that controls driving of the electric motor so as to change the discharge amount of the refrigerant pump depending on a load detection value of a load detection unit that detects a load applied on the power generation motor 30.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
