To provide a technique for suppressing meandering driving of an automatic operation vehicle due to a communication delay when the remote driving of the automatic operation vehicle is performed.SOLUTION: A remote driving vehicle to be remotely driven by a remote driver receives remote operation information of the remote driver from a server via a communication network. The remote driving vehicle acquires driving environment information of the remote driving vehicle, and acquires meandering state information including presence/absence of detection of a meandering state of the remote driving vehicle based on the driving environment information. When the remote operation information includes the detection of the meandering state of the remote driving vehicle, the remote driving vehicle restricts an upper limit speed or a limit steering angle of the remote driving vehicle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
