PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cases where an occupant feels a nuisance on changeover of a vehicle driving state from an automatic driving state into a manual driving state.SOLUTION: An automatic driving device 100 includes: an interruption section estimation unit 18 for estimating presence/absence of an automatic driving interruption section having a possibility to interrupt execution of automatic driving control on a route to a destination; an intention confirmation unit 20 for confirming presence/absence of an intention of an occupant of a vehicle V to get off the vehicle when presence of the automatic driving interruption section is estimated; a reward provision unit 22 for providing a reward with respect to getting-off when presence of the intention of getting-off is confirmed; and a travel control unit 23 for stopping the vehicle V before arrival at the automatic driving interruption section when presence of the intention of getting-off is confirmed during execution of the automatic driving control.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
