PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a system suitable for training flight and so on in a flight vehicle such as an unmanned helicopter or the like.SOLUTION: During a manual control mode in which flight operation is controlled by a handling signal based on a handling operation of a person, whether a state requires risk aversion or not is determined on the basis of a flight condition or a flight position of a flight vehicle or prediction information using the detection signal. According to the determination of the state requires risk aversion, control by a handling operation of a person is nullified, and a handling signal for executing flight for risk aversion is generated as an automatic control mode. Further, after risk aversion is executed, a handling signal by an automatic handling for making the flight vehicle into an aerial stand-by state is generated. Consequently, for example, even if an unskilled operator carries out handling, occurrence of an accident, departure from a flight range and so on can be prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5

    【課題】無人ヘリコプタ等の飛行体における訓練飛行等に好適なシステムの実現。【解決手段】人の操縦操作に基づく操縦信号によって飛行動作が制御される手動制御モードの際には、飛行体の飛行状態又は飛行位置の検出信号、又は検出信号を用いた予測情報に基づいて、要危険回避状態か否か判定する。そして要危険回避状態と判定されることに応じて、人による操縦操作による制御を無効化し、自動制御モードとして危険回避のための飛行を実行させるための操縦信号を生成する。さらに危険回避が行われた後に、飛行体を空中待機状態とするための自動操縦による操縦信号を生成する。これにより例えば未熟な操縦者が操縦する場合でも、事故や飛行範囲逸脱等が発生しないようにする。【選択図】図5
