PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collision detection device and a collision detection method capable of improving precision for judging collision of a railway vehicle.SOLUTION: Upon the opening and closing of a door of a railway vehicle of a heading vehicle 101, an intermediate vehicle 102 or the like, only acceleration caused by an instantaneous shock occurs. On the other hand, upon the collision of the railway vehicle, acceleration when a structure of the railway vehicle becomes depressed or is damaged is caused in addition to the acceleration of instantaneous shock. Therefore, according to a collision detection device 110a, a collision judgement part 118 of the collision detection device 110a judges the collision of the railway vehicle based on a plurality of pieces of sampling data in the elapse of time of the acceleration of the railway vehicle. Thereby, the precision for judging collision of the railway vehicle can be improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

    【課題】鉄道車両の衝突を判定する精度を向上させることができる衝突検知装置及び衝突検知方法を提供する。【解決手段】先頭車両101又は中間車両102等の鉄道車両のドアの開閉の場合は、一瞬の衝撃による加速度しか生じないが、鉄道車両の衝突の場合は一瞬の衝撃の加速度に加えて、当該衝撃により鉄道車両の構造物が凹んだり破損したりする際の加速度が生じる。そのため、衝突検知装置110aによれば、衝突検知装置110aの衝突判定部118が、鉄道車両の加速度の経時的な複数のサンプリングデータに基づいて、鉄道車両の衝突を判定する。これにより、鉄道車両の衝突を判定する精度を向上させることができる。【選択図】図2
