A method and apparatus for swing-up movement of a robot, a robot, a storage medium, and a product, relating to the field of robots. The method comprises: receiving a swing-up movement instruction (410); in response to the swing-up movement instruction, controlling a first leg part of the robot to be in a suspended state, executing a leg folding action of the first leg part, and at the end of the suspended state, enabling a first mechanical wheel at a knee joint of the first leg part to be supported on the ground (420); and by using the first mechanical wheel as a balance stress point, controlling a second leg part of the robot to be suspended, and stabilizing the robot to a balanced state (430).
