The invention discloses a semi-active suspension control method and device based on road surface recognition, and the method comprises the steps: periodically obtaining a current acceleration signal collected by a sensor, and calculating a current frequency band characteristic parameter of a vehicle according to the current acceleration signal; determining the sum of all high-frequency signals in the sampling period according to the current frequency band characteristic parameters; judging whether the sum of all the high-frequency signals is not less than a high-frequency threshold; if not, determining that the current vehicle body vibration state of the vehicle is a high-frequency vibration state, and recording the duration of the high-frequency vibration state; detecting whether the duration of recording the high-frequency vibration state meets a preset time threshold value or not in real time; and if the preset time threshold value is met, current compensation of the vehicle is started to control a semi-active suspension of the vehicle. Therefore, the excitation form of the vehicle is identified through the road surface identification process, then current compensation is determined to control the semi-active suspension of the vehicle, hardware intervention is not needed, and the hardware cost is effectively reduced.

    本申请公开了一种基于路面识别的半主动悬架的控制方法及装置,包括:周期性获取传感器采集的当前加速度信号,并根据当前加速度信号,计算车辆的当前频段特征参数;根据当前频段特征参数,确定采样周期内所有高频信号的总和;判断所有高频信号的总和是否不小于高频阈值;若不小于高频阈值,则确定车辆的当前车身振动状态为高频振动状态,并记录高频振动状态的持续时间;实时检测记录高频振动状态的持续时间是否满足预设时间阈值;若满足预设时间阈值,则开启车辆的电流补偿,以控制车辆的半主动悬架。从而通过路面识别过程来辨识车辆的激励形式,进而确定电流补偿,以控制车辆的半主动悬架,进而不需要硬件的介入,有效地降低了硬件成本的问题。
