The invention provides a control method and device of a semi-active suspension, which are applied to a semi-active suspension controller in a vehicle and are used for acquiring vehicle body parameters and suspension parameters in a forward driving process of the vehicle in real time, the vehicle body parameters comprise parameters representing a vehicle body vertical motion state of a front axle part of the vehicle, and the suspension parameters comprise parameters representing a vehicle body vertical motion state of the front axle part of the vehicle. The suspension parameters comprise parameters representing the suspension vertical motion state of the front axle part of the vehicle, estimating the vibration state of the front axle of the vehicle based on the vehicle body parameters and the suspension parameters to obtain front axle vibration parameters, and when the front axle vibration parameters are larger than or equal to a control threshold value, controlling the front axle part of the vehicle. And a control quantity is obtained according to the current target vehicle speed of the vehicle, the vibration parameters of the front axle and a preset function relation, and a semi-active suspension of the vehicle is controlled to adjust damping of an adjustable shock absorber of the rear axle based on the control quantity. According to the scheme, the rear axle control mode is achieved according to the front axle response, the situation that the control effect of the semi-active suspension is affected due to delay is avoided, and the control robustness of the semi-active suspension is further improved.

    本发明提供一种半主动悬架的控制方法及装置,应用于车辆中的半主动悬架控制器,实时获取车辆向前行驶过程中的车身参数和悬架参数,车身参数包括表征车辆前轴部分的车身垂向运动状态的参数,悬架参数包括表征车辆前轴部分的悬架垂向运动状态的参数,基于车身参数和悬架参数对车辆的前轴的振动状态进行估算,得到前轴振动参数,当前轴振动参数大于或等于控制阈值时,获取并根据车辆当前的目标车速、前轴振动参数和预设的函数关系式得到控制量,基于控制量控制车辆的半主动悬架对后轴的可调减振器的阻尼进行调整。在本方案中,根据前轴响应实现后轴控制的方式,不仅避免了延迟导致影响半主动悬架控制效果的情况,还增加了半主动悬架的控制的鲁棒性。
