The first strut assembly is integrally configured with a signal acquisition system; the method comprises the following steps: acquiring driving state information of a vehicle through a signal acquisition system, and sending the driving state information to a control system; the control system is configured to determine a target damping value for the damping continuous adjustable electric control shock absorber based on the driving state information, and the target damping value is adopted to control the damping continuous adjustable electric control shock absorber to provide shock absorption of partial areas for the vehicle; the frequency damping adjustable shock absorber is used for responding to road excitation to provide shock absorption for partial areas of a vehicle when the vehicle is subjected to road excitation, so that the production cost of the vehicle is reduced on the basis of ensuring the shock absorption efficiency of the vehicle.
