The invention discloses an electric vehicle cluster multi-stage regulation method and system supporting power grid frequency modulation, and relates to the technical field of power distribution networks, and the method comprises the steps that a power grid dispatching center calculates the total power required by frequency modulation; dividing the electric vehicle cluster into a plurality of electric vehicle sub-clusters according to the time when the electric vehicles access the power grid; the maximum frequency modulation capacity which can be provided by an electric vehicle participating in power grid frequency modulation is calculated according to the current SOC state of the electric vehicle, the maximum frequency modulation capacity provided by each sub-cluster is calculated, and the required frequency modulation total power is distributed to each sub-cluster in proportion; and distributing the received required frequency modulation capacity information to each electric vehicle capable of participating in the frequency modulation of the power grid in the sub-cluster according to a proportion. According to the method, the actual problems encountered when large-scale electric vehicles are accessed to the power grid to participate in frequency modulation are solved, a part of calculation and optimization tasks of the centralized dispatching center are distributed to the edge side, and the problem that calculation and communication burdens of the dispatching center are too large is solved.

    本发明公开了一种支持电网调频的电动汽车集群多级调节方法及系统,涉及配电网技术领域,包括电网调度中心计算调频所需要的总功率;根据电动汽车接入电网的时间,将电动汽车集群划分为多个电动汽车子集群;将参与电网调频的电动汽车根据当前自身SOC状态计算各自所能提供的最大调频容量,计算各个子集群提供的最大调频容量,将所需的调频总功率按比例分配给各个子集群;子集群内部将收到的所需调频容量信息按比例分配给各个能参与电网调频的电动汽车。本发明解决大规模电动汽车接入电网参与调频遇到的实际问题,将集中式调度中心的一部分计算和优化任务分配到边缘侧,缓解了调度中心计算和通信负担过大的问题。
