The invention discloses a primary frequency modulation method, device and system for electric vehicle cluster cooperation. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring frequency modulation demand information in real time; evaluating the electric vehicle cluster aggregation adjustment capability, and feeding back the response amount and the cost of the frequency modulation time period satisfying the frequency modulation active power adjustment direction; determining an electric vehicle cluster providing frequency modulation service and a frequency modulation quantity distribution proportion, and respectively issuing active power regulation quantities; and performing regulation and control instruction decomposition on the active power adjustment amount of the electric vehicle cluster, determining the charging power adjustment amount of each charging pile, and realizing collaborative primary frequency modulation of the electric vehicle cluster. The flexible control capability of charging of the electric vehicle can be realized, and the potential of the electric vehicle in the primary frequency modulation application of a power grid can be exerted. Meanwhile, the actual distribution proportion can be adjusted according to the historical deviation, and each electric vehicle aggregator can adjust the own adjustment capability and cost according to the distribution result. And extra cost caused by unqualified examination of each aggregator can be avoided.

    本发明公开了电动汽车集群协同的一次调频方法、装置及系统,包括:实时获取调频需求信息;评估电动汽车集群聚合调节能力,并反馈调频时段满足调频有功功率调节方向的响应量及成本;确定提供调频服务的电动汽车集群及调频量分配比例,并分别下发有功功率调节量;对电动汽车集群有功功率调整量进行调控指令分解,确定每个充电桩的充电功率调节量,实现电动汽车集群协同的一次调频。不仅能实现对电动汽车充电的柔性控制能力,也能发挥电动汽车在电网一次调频应用中的潜力。同时能够根据历史的偏差对实际的分配比例进行调整,各电动汽车聚合商能够根据分配的结果对自身的调节能力和成本作出调整。能够避免各聚合商由于考核不合格造成的额外成本。
