The invention relates to a method and device for an electric vehicle cluster to participate in power grid auxiliary frequency modulation, and the method comprises the steps: building an electric vehicle cluster auxiliary frequency modulation control optimization model based on the load characteristics of a power grid and the unit characteristics of an electric vehicle, and enabling the electric vehicle cluster auxiliary frequency modulation control optimization model to take the minimum system cost as a target; performing optimization solution on the electric vehicle cluster auxiliary frequency modulation control optimization model by adopting a particle swarm optimization algorithm to obtain an optimal frequency modulation parameter of the electric vehicle; and carrying out auxiliary frequency modulation on a power grid by adopting the optimal frequency modulation parameter of the electric vehicle. According to the invention, the frequency stability performance of the novel power system containing high-proportion new energy can be improved.

    本发明涉及一种电动汽车集群参与电网辅助调频方法和装置,其中,方法包括:基于电网的负荷特性和电动汽车的机组特性,建立电动汽车集群辅助调频控制优化模型,所述电动汽车集群辅助调频控制优化模型以系统花费最小为目标;采用粒子群优化算法对所述电动汽车集群辅助调频控制优化模型进行优化求解,得到电动汽车最优调频参数;采用所述电动汽车最优调频参数对电网进行辅助调频。本发明能够提升含高比例新能源的新型电力系统频率稳定性能。
