According to user travel characteristics, automobiles are classified, a peak regulation strategy is optimized, an electric automobile cluster peak regulation optimization model is constructed, charging and discharging are planned for load fluctuation, a particle swarm algorithm is adopted to optimize a charging and discharging strategy, electric automobiles are efficiently dispatched to participate in power grid peak regulation, and the flexibility and efficiency of a power grid are improved. Through integration of vehicle-mounted and APP data and combination of a GIS technology and an optimization model, electric vehicle charging, efficient scheduling and quantification of schedulable capacity are accurately analyzed, regulation and control are classified according to travel characteristics, the peak regulation efficiency of an electric vehicle auxiliary power grid is greatly improved, resource utilization is optimized, the flexibility and stability of the power grid are enhanced, and power supply and demand balance, energy conservation and emission reduction are promoted.
