The invention discloses a scheduling method for an electric vehicle to participate in wind power consumption, and belongs to the technical field of new energy power generation and energy storage scheduling. The method comprises the following steps: 1, determining mathematical models of electric vehicle energy storage and super capacitor energy storage; 2, decomposing the wind power output power by using a wavelet packet decomposition method; 3, performing spectral analysis on other branches of different branch wind power output powers decomposed by the wavelet packet in step 2, and preliminarily determining energy storage configuration through a Parseval law; 4, at the moment that the electric vehicle cluster can completely consume wind power, obtaining the optimal dispatching cluster of the electric vehicles through dynamic planning based on the knapsack problem, adopting a super capacitor as standby energy storage equipment, and supplying in time when the electric vehicle cannot meet the dispatching requirement; and 5, verifying whether the grid-connected power subjected to energy storage scheduling meets the grid-connected fluctuation requirement or not. The result shows that the method meets the requirement for stabilizing wind power fluctuation, and the problem that the fluctuation of wind power generation is too large is solved.

    本发明公开了属于新能源发电储能调度技术领域的一种电动汽车参与风电消纳的调度方法。该方法包括步骤1:确定电动汽车储能和超级电容储能的数学模型;步骤2:利用小波包分解法对风电输出功率进行分解;步骤3:对步骤2小波包分解的不同分支风电输出功率的其他分支进行频谱分析,通过帕塞瓦尔定律初步确定储能配置;步骤4:在电动汽车集群能完全消纳风电时刻,利用基于背包问题的动态规划获取电动汽车最佳调度集群;采用超级电容作为备用储能设备,在电动汽车无法满足调度需求时及时补给;步骤5:验证经过储能调度的并网功率是否满足并网波动要求。结果表明本方法达到了平抑风功率波动的要求,解决了风力发电波动性过大的问题。
