The invention provides a primary frequency modulation capacity calculation method and device for an electric vehicle. The method comprises the steps that a first constraint condition and a second constraint condition are determined according to a target vehicle, and a third constraint condition is determined according to a target charging pile; calculating the maximum value of the discharging electric quantity and the charging electric quantity of the vehicle-mounted battery in the first target time period under the first constraint condition to obtain a first target lower bound and a first target upper bound; obtaining a second target lower bound according to the maximum value of the discharge capacity of the vehicle-mounted battery under a second constraint condition; obtaining a second target upper bound and a third target lower bound through maximum values of output and input of the target charging pile under a third constraint condition; and determining a minimum value of the first target upper bound and the second target upper bound as an interval upper bound, and determining a maximum value of the first target lower bound, the second target lower bound and the third target lower bound as an interval lower bound to obtain the frequency modulation capacity. The method solves the problem that a primary frequency modulation method in the prior art does not consider battery safety, user travel requirements and charging pile limitation.

    本申请提供了一种电动汽车的一次调频容量计算方法和装置,该方法包括:分别根据目标车辆确定第一约束条件和第二约束条件并根据目标充电桩确定第三约束条件;计算第一目标时段内,第一约束条件下车载电池放电电量和充电电量的最大值得到第一目标下界和第一目标上界;第二约束条件下车载电池放电电量的最大值得到第二目标下界;第三约束条件下目标充电桩输出和输入的最大值得到第二目标上界和第三目标下界;将第一目标上界和第二目标上界的最小值确定为区间上界且将第一目标下界、第二目标下界和第三目标下界的最大值确定为区间下界得到调频容量。该方法解决了现有技术中的一次调频方法并未考虑电池安全、用户出行需求和充电桩限制的问题。
