The invention provides a power grid frequency modulation control method and system based on cooperation of multiple electric vehicles, and the method comprises the steps: constructing a cooperation variable according to a preset relation between the output power of each electric vehicle connected to a power grid system and a control signal, and the charge state of each electric vehicle, and applying a variable constraint to the cooperation variable; determining a system state variable of the power grid system according to the collaborative variable, and constructing a reinforcement learning cost function taking a single electric vehicle as an intelligent agent according to the system state variable and the variable constraint; optimizing the cost function through a neural network to enable the cost function to reach a minimum value, obtaining an optimal control signal at the moment, and controlling the power output of the corresponding electric vehicle according to the optimal control signal to complete the cooperative frequency modulation control of the power grid system. Power grid frequency modulation is carried out through the multiple electric vehicle systems, the service life of an electric vehicle battery can be prolonged, and the usability of the electric vehicle can be improved.

    本申请提供一种基于多电动汽车协同的电网调频控制方法及系统,该方法包括:根据接入电网系统中的每辆电动汽车的输出功率与控制信号的预设关系以及各电动汽车的荷电状态构建协同变量,并为所述协同变量施加变量约束;根据所述协同变量确定电网系统的系统状态变量,根据所述系统状态变量和所述变量约束构建以单个电动汽车为智能体的强化学习的代价函数;通过神经网络对所述代价函数进行寻优,以使所述代价函数达到最小值,得到此时的最优控制信号,根据所述最优控制信号控制对应电动汽车的功率输出以完成电网系统协同调频控制。本申请通过多个电动汽车系统进行电网调频,可延长电动汽车电池寿命以及电动汽车可用性。
