The invention discloses a power grid frequency modulation method and device of an electric vehicle and a nonvolatile storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring battery aging condition data of the electric vehicle, allowable charging and discharging electric quantity in a battery health state and battery capacity condition data; clustering the electric vehicles participating in power grid frequency modulation according to the battery aging condition data to obtain a plurality of frequency modulation groups; according to the battery capacity condition data and the electric quantity allowed to be charged and discharged in the battery health state, each frequency modulation group in the multiple frequency modulation groups is clustered, multiple clustering sets corresponding to each frequency modulation group are obtained, and each clustering set corresponds to different battery performance levels; and performing power grid frequency modulation on the electric vehicle according to the plurality of frequency modulation groups and the plurality of clustering sets of each frequency modulation group. The technical problems of inflexible frequency modulation and inaccurate result caused by excessive dependence of a traditional electric vehicle power grid frequency modulation method on a large power plant and a frequency modulation center are solved.

    本申请公开了一种电动汽车的电网调频方法、装置及非易失性存储介质。其中,该方法包括:获取电动汽车的电池老化情况数据、电池健康状态下允许充放的电量以及电池容量情况数据;依据电池老化情况数据对参与电网调频的电动汽车进行聚类,得到多个调频组;依据电池容量情况数据以及电池健康状态下允许充放的电量,对多个调频组中的每个调频组分别进行聚类,得到每个调频组对应的多个聚类集,其中,每个聚类集对应不同的电池性能级别;依据多个调频组和每个调频组的多个聚类集对电动汽车进行电网调频。本申请解决了由于传统的电动汽车电网调频方法过度依赖于大型发电厂和调频中心造成的调频不灵活,结果不准确的技术问题。
