The invention discloses a cluster electric vehicle load aggregation method and system for power grid regulation and control. The method comprises the following steps: sampling load physical model parameters of different types of electric vehicles accessed to a power grid; according to the load physical model parameters of the single type of electric vehicles in the sampled load physical model parameters, constructing a potential model of the single type of electric vehicles; according to the constructed single-type electric vehicle potential model, constructing a single-type electric vehicle load aggregation model; and constructing a cluster electric vehicle load aggregation model based on different types of electric vehicle aggregation models according to the constructed single type of electric vehicle aggregation model. A refined modeling means is provided for the electric vehicle to participate in auxiliary services such as power grid peak regulation and standby in an aggregation mode, the potential space of the electric vehicle participating in power grid regulation as an adjustable load is accurately analyzed, and the electric vehicle is promoted to participate in power grid regulation; clean energy consumption and safe and efficient operation of a power grid are supported.
