The invention discloses a charging pile capable of participating in power grid peak regulation and frequency modulation and a power grid peak regulation and frequency modulation method.The charging pile comprises a local controller and a charging pile body, and the local controller is used for receiving a superior peak regulation control instruction, calculating the adjustable capacity of the charging pile and deciding to obtain the first target regulation and control quantity of the charging pile; a first control signal is sent to the charging pile body according to the first target regulation and control quantity; the local controller is also used for monitoring the frequency of the power grid in real time, calculating the frequency deviation of the power grid, calculating the active power deviation of the power grid, deciding according to the active power deviation of the power grid and the adjustable capability of the charging pile to obtain a second target regulation and control quantity of the charging pile, and sending a second control signal to the charging pile body according to the second target regulation and control quantity; the charging pile body is further used for performing corresponding charging power control according to the first control signal and the second control signal so as to realize power grid peak regulation and frequency modulation control. The method can participate in peak regulation and frequency modulation work of the power grid more quickly, so that the auxiliary peak regulation and frequency modulation capability of the power grid is improved.

    本发明公开了一种可参与电网调峰调频的充电桩和电网调峰调频方法,该充电桩包括本地控制器和充电桩本体,本地控制器用于接收上级调峰控制指令,计算充电桩可调能力,决策得到充电桩的第一目标调控量,以及根据第一目标调控量向充电桩本体发送第一控制信号;本地控制器还用于实时监测电网频率,计算电网频率偏差,并计算电网有功功率偏差,以及根据电网有功功率偏差和充电桩可调能力决策得到充电桩的第二目标调控量,并根据第二目标调控量向充电桩本体发送第二控制信号;充电桩本体还用于根据第一和第二控制信号进行相应充电功率控制,以实现电网调峰调频控制。本发明能够更加快速地参与电网的调峰调频工作,从而便于提升电网辅助调峰调频能力。
