Comparing the accumulated electric quantity of the charging and swapping station for peak regulation in the prediction period of the target area with the planned peak regulation electric quantity, and judging whether the electric quantity storage and charging of the charging and swapping station in the prediction period of the target area meet the peak regulation requirement or not; obtaining the planned peak regulation deficient electric quantity of the charging and battery swapping stations in the prediction period of the target area and the adjustable electric quantity allowance of each charging and battery swapping station in the target area, and screening out each charging and battery swapping station which needs to be subjected to power utilization pre-regulation and control; prediction and targeted advanced regulation and control are carried out on the electricity consumption of the charging and battery swapping station and equipment thereof before the electricity consumption peak period arrives, and then the pressure of the electricity consumption peak period is relieved.
本发明涉及充换电设备智能监测调控领域,具体公开一种基于电网调峰调频的充换电设备智能监测调控系统,本发明通过获取目标区域内各充换电站在预测周期内各工作日的结余电量,得到目标区域预测周期内充换电站可用于调峰的累计电量,将目标区域预测周期内充换电站可用于调峰的累计电量与计划调峰电量进行比对,判断目标区域预测周期内充换电站的电量储充是否满足调峰需求,并获取目标区域预测周期内充换电站的计划调峰欠缺电量和目标区域内各充换电站的可调整电量余量,筛选出需要进行用电预调控的各充换电站,实现在用电高峰期到来之前对充换电站及其设备的用电进行提前预测和针对性超前调控,进而缓解用电高峰期压力。
