The charging and replacing equipment comprises a charging and replacing cabinet and a thermal runaway flue gas treatment device, at least one battery bin is arranged in the charging and replacing cabinet, and the thermal runaway flue gas treatment device comprises an ignition assembly and a flue gas channel; the ignition assembly comprises a combustion chamber and an igniter, the flue gas channel is mainly used for conveying thermal runaway flue gas in the battery bin to the combustion chamber, and the igniter ignites the thermal runaway flue gas conveyed into the combustion chamber. The thermal runaway flue gas treatment device can ignite the thermal runaway flue gas generated by the battery in the battery charging and replacing cabinet, and after the thermal runaway flue gas is ignited, discharged gas is non-combustible gas, so that the risk that the thermal runaway flue gas is gathered outside the battery charging and replacing cabinet to generate secondary explosion is avoided, and the safety of the battery charging and replacing cabinet is improved. And meanwhile, the thermal runaway flue gas treatment device treats the thermal runaway flue gas and then discharges the thermal runaway flue gas, so that the pollution of the thermal runaway flue gas to the environment is reduced.

    本发明提供一种充换电设备,主要解决现有充换电柜存在安全隐患的问题。该充换电设备包括充换电柜和热失控烟气处理装置,充换电柜内设有至少一个电池仓,热失控烟气处理装置包括点火组件和烟气通道;点火组件包括燃烧室和点火器,烟气通道主要用于将电池仓内的热失控烟气输送至燃烧室,点火器将输送至燃烧室内的热失控烟气点燃。该热失控烟气处理装置能够对充换电柜内电池产生的热失控烟气进行点燃处理,对热失控烟气点燃处理后,排出的气体为不可燃气体,从而避免热失控烟气在充换电柜外聚集,产生二次爆炸的风险,提升了充换电柜的安全性。同时,热失控烟气处理装置对热失控烟气处理后再排出,减少热失控烟气对环境的污染。
