The invention discloses a multi-stage regulation and control method based on electric vehicle demand response potential. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, collecting an electric vehicle load demand response potential evaluation value and an area peak regulation instruction in a research area; based on the collected data, a peak regulation instruction is issued to each power distribution network in the region; after each power distribution network receives the peak regulation instruction, establishing a regulation and control model by taking reduction of the network loss of the power distribution network as a target, and issuing the peak regulation instruction to a charging station in the power distribution network; after each charging station receives a peak regulation instruction, establishing an optimization model by taking improvement of the income of the charging station and improvement of the new energy consumption rate as targets, and formulating a time-of-use electricity price and a peak regulation subsidy electricity price for the charging station; and finally, the charging pile in the charging station regulates and controls the charging power of the electric vehicle by taking improvement of the charging cost satisfaction degree and the charging duration satisfaction degree as a target. According to the method, the electricity price and power reduction plan can be reasonably formulated, and the multi-party benefits of the power distribution network, the charging station and the vehicle owner are ensured while the peak regulation task is completed.

    本发明公开的基于电动汽车需求响应潜力的多级调控方法,先收集研究区域内电动汽车负荷需求响应潜力评估值与区域调峰指令;基于收集数据,向区域内各配电网下发调峰指令;各配电网接受调峰指令后,以降低配电网网损为目标建立调控模型,向配网内充电站下发调峰指令;各充电站接受调峰指令后,以提高充电站收益和提高新能源消纳率为目标建立优化模型,为充电站制定分时电价与调峰补贴电价;最后充电站内充电桩以提高充电费用满意度及充电时长满意度为目标,对电动汽车充电功率进行调控。本发明能够合理的制定电价及功率削减计划,并在完成调峰任务的同时,确保了配电网、充电站及车主的多方利益。
