The invention relates to the technical field of power system demand response, in particular to an electric vehicle demand response method considering power grid response deviation, which comprises the following steps: a charging aggregator obtains a demand response announcement of a power grid company and collects a charging load demand of an electric vehicle user; the demand response satisfaction degree of the electric vehicle users participating in the demand response is calculated, and a user satisfaction degree set is obtained; the accumulated response total load and the response load curve deviation degree of each electric vehicle user in the user satisfaction degree set are calculated in sequence, and an optimal user combination is selected; selecting the optimal user combination with the maximum demand response electricity selling profit rate of the revenue of the charging aggregator as a target user combination; and implementing a demand response strategy according to the target user combination. The method can balance the benefits of each participant in demand response, facilitates the improvement of the power grid stability and the energy utilization rate, reduces the energy cost, and provides an effective strategy reference for each participant on the premise of guaranteeing the demand response effect.

    本发明涉及电力系统需求响应技术领域,尤其是指一种考虑电网响应偏差的电动汽车需求响应方法,包括:充电聚合商获取电网公司的需求响应公告并收集电动汽车用户的充电负荷需求;计算参与需求响应的电动汽车用户的需求响应满意度,得到用户满意度集合;依次计算用户满意度集合中每个电动汽车用户的累加响应总负荷及其响应负荷曲线偏差度,选择优选用户组合;选择充电聚合商收益的需求响应售电利润率最大的优选用户组合作为目标用户组合;按照所述目标用户组合实施需求响应策略。本发明能够权衡需求响应各个参与方的利益,有利于提高电网稳定性和能源利用率,降低能源成本,在保证需求响应效果的前提下,为各方参与者提供有效的策略参考。
