The invention discloses an electric vehicle optimal scheduling method considering demand response and renewable energy output. The method comprises the steps of establishing a target function for reducing unit operation cost, user charging cost and wind curtailment cost; setting constraint conditions based on the system power balance, the hot standby capacity, the number of the charged and discharged electric vehicles, the total charging and discharging time of the electric vehicles and the wind curtailment limiting electric quantity; establishing a unit commitment optimization model through the objective function and the constraint conditions; solving the unit combination optimization model to obtain an optimized heat unit, electric vehicle and wind power generation coordination scheme; the charging and discharging load scheduling problem of the electric vehicle containing wind power is solved in time and space; the provided optimization strategy can dispatch electric vehicle charging and discharging in time and space, wind power can be consumed, and the economical efficiency of power grid operation and the benefits of electric vehicle users are improved.

    本发明公开了考虑需求响应和可再生能源出力的电动汽车优化调度方法,包括建立以降低机组运行成本、用户充电成本和弃风成本的目标函数;基于系统功率平衡、热备用容量、充放电的电动汽车数量、电动汽车的总充放电时间和弃风的限制电量设置约束条件;通过目标函数和约束条件建立机组组合优化模型;对机组组合优化模型进行求解得到优化后的热机组、电动汽车和风力发电协调的方案;从时间和空间上解决了含风电的电动汽车充放电负荷调度问题;提出的优化策略通过在时间和空间上调度电动汽车充放电,可以消纳风电,提高电网运行的经济性和电动汽车用户的收益。
