The invention discloses a magnetic adsorption type wall-climbing robot capable of controlling adsorption force, which mainly comprises a transmission gear, an electric slip ring, a double-row chain, a permanent magnet, an electromagnet, a machine body, a track lateral baffle plate, a driving motor, a motor speed reducer and the like. Through matching of the permanent magnet and the electromagnet, adsorption force can be adjusted, but the adsorption force cannot be thoroughly lost due to power failure, by adjusting the magnetic adsorption force, the robot can control movement and operation more accurately, damage to the surface is reduced, when larger loads need to be borne or heavy objects need to be transported, the magnetic adsorption force can be increased by the robot, and the service life of the robot is prolonged. Therefore, the stability and the safety are ensured, and the load capacity and the operation range are improved. And a conductive joint of the electromagnetic adsorption unit is connected with a multi-channel electric slip ring in the cavity of the robot so as to realize power-on and power-off control of an electromagnet which continuously moves and rotates.

    本专利公开了可控吸附力的磁吸附式爬壁机器人,主要包括传动齿轮、电滑环、双排链条、永磁铁、电磁铁、机体、履带侧向挡板、驱动电机和电机减速器等部分,利用电磁铁能够改变磁极的特性,通过控制电压的大小与方向,实现对磁路的控制,通过永磁体与电磁铁的搭配,实现吸附力可调,但又不会因为断电从而彻底失去吸附力,通过调节磁吸附力,机器人可以更精确地控制移动和操作,减少对表面的损坏,在需要承载更大负荷或运输重物时,机器人可以增加磁吸附力,以确保稳定性和安全性,从而提高负载能力和操作范围。电磁吸附单元的导电接头与机器人腔体內的多通路电滑环连接以实现对不断移动并转动的电磁铁的通电断电控制。
