The invention relates to the technical field of auxiliary driving, in particular to a vehicle collision avoidance steering control method and device, equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: predicting the motion track data of a target vehicle in a future preset duration and the motion track data of surrounding vehicles in front of the target vehicle in the future preset duration; according to the data, whether the target vehicle and the surrounding vehicles have the situation that collision cannot be avoided through emergency braking within the future preset duration or not is determined; if yes, determining a steering collision avoidance path of the target vehicle according to the data; and performing steering control on the vehicle according to the steering collision avoidance path. According to the method, the steering collision avoidance path equation can be accurately determined through the motion trails of the target vehicle and the front vehicle in the future for a period of time, the target vehicle is controlled to steer according to the steering collision avoidance path equation, and compared with collision avoidance only through longitudinal braking in the prior art, the collision avoidance efficiency is improved. Collision of vehicles can be more effectively avoided through steering control.
