A wireless communication mode is adopted, and a plurality of relay stations are thrown at different positions through the relay station throwing device, so that the communication range of the robot is expanded, the inspection range of the robot is expanded, and manual detection is effectively replaced; according to the explosion-proof robot, the mutually separated explosion-proof bins are arranged, and the electrical elements and the power module are arranged separately, so that the explosion-proof standard can be met, the safety of the robot is improved, and the cruising ability of the robot can meet the detection requirement.

    本发明涉及巡检设备领域,尤其是一种矿用防爆式检测用机器人,其包括防爆车体,防爆车体上设置行走机构、成像避障总成、检测总成及中继站抛投装置,检测总成外罩设防护外壳;成像避障总成包括用以测距及避障的检测设备,检测总成包括气体检测装置,中继站抛投装置包括可与防爆车体脱离的中继站及可与中继站脱离的连接机构。本发明采用无线通讯方式,通过中继站抛投装置在不同位置处抛投多个中继站,从而扩大机器人的通信范围,进而扩大机器人的巡检范围,有效代替人工检测;设置相互分离的隔爆仓,将电气元件与电源模块分别设置,既能满足防爆标准,提升机器人的安全性,又能保证机器人的续航能力满足检测需要。
