The parking brake control device controls the electric motor according to the estimated thrust force (stroke) when the current value changes with the change of the voltage value applied to the electric motor. The estimated thrust (stroke) is obtained from a stroke corresponding to an amount of rotation of the electric motor obtained on the basis of a current value and a voltage value energized in the electric motor, and a pad rigidity learning value (more specifically, pad rigidity after temperature characteristics are taken into consideration) which is a rigidity-related element including the rigidity of the brake pad.
