A parking brake control apparatus controls an electric motor based on an "estimated thrust force (stroke)" acquired from a "stroke" corresponding to an electric motor rotational amount acquired based on a current value and a voltage value supplied to the electric motor and a "pad stiffness learned value (more specifically, pad stiffness after a temperature characteristic is taken into consideration)", which is an element regarding stiffness including stiffness of brake pads, when the current value changes according to a change in the voltage value applied to the electric motor.
