According to the photovoltaic cleaning robot, the photovoltaic cleaning robot can safely and stably rotate on a photovoltaic panel inclined by a certain angle without slipping, the ground clearance of a vehicle body chassis and the vehicle body height can be reduced to the maximum extent, and the characteristics of compactness, light weight and high stability of the vehicle body structure of the robot are ensured under the condition that the effect is not reduced.

    本发明公开了履带式光伏清洁机器人用紧凑型吸盘结构,包括基座,基座能够通过螺丝固定在履带式光伏清洁机器人的车体内部底板上;限位座,限位座安装于基座上,且限位座的下端部分下沉于车体底板外侧;调节件,调节件安装于限位座中,限位座能够对调节件进行限位;连接件和吸附件,调节件通过连接件能够带动吸附件移动;负压件,负压件安装于基座上,负压件能够使吸附件的负压力增大,以使基座固定在光伏板上。本发明既可以实现光伏清洁机器人在倾斜一定角度的光伏面板上能安全稳定旋转不打滑,又可以最大程度的降低车体底盘离地高度和车身高度,确保在功效不降低的情况下,机器人车体结构的紧凑化、轻量化和高稳定性特点。
