The invention discloses an ammonia hydrogen production, internal combustion engine and fuel cell hybrid system based on heavy-load equipment and an efficient regulation and control method thereof.According to the ammonia hydrogen production, internal combustion engine and fuel cell hybrid system based on heavy-load equipment, the total hydrogen inlet amount entering an internal combustion engine and a fuel cell is controlled to be a constant value, and by regulating and controlling the distribution proportion of hydrogen entering the fuel cell, power output within a certain range of the hydrogen inlet amount is achieved; as the efficiency of the fuel cell is higher than that of the internal combustion engine, the proportion allocated to the internal combustion engine can be limited in a lower operation load interval, so that the efficiency is improved by partial power exchange, the final residual electric quantity of the storage battery can be effectively reduced, and partial requirements on the storage battery can be reduced; according to the efficient regulation and control method, the reaction speed and the energy efficiency of the hybrid power generation system are improved, the requirement for the electricity storage capacity of a storage battery and the ammonia carrying amount of heavy-load equipment are reduced, the economic cost is reduced, meanwhile, the valve change situation is reduced, and the overall operation life of the system is prolonged.

    本发明公开一种基于重载装备的氨制氢、内燃机和燃料电池混合系统及其高效调控方法,本发明控制进入内燃机和燃料电池的总进氢量为恒定值,通过调控进入燃料电池的氢气分配比例,从而实现在该进氢量进行一定范围内的功率输出;由于燃料电池的效率要高于内燃机,在较低的运行负载区间内,可以限制分配给内燃机的比例,从而用部分功率换取效率的提升,该技术方案还能够有效地减少蓄电池的最终剩余电量,降低对蓄电池的部分需求;本发明的高效调控方法提高混合发电系统的反应速度和能量效率,降低对蓄电池的储电容量需求以及重载装备的氨携带量,降低经济成本,同时有利于减少阀门变动情况,提升系统整体的运行寿命。
