The invention discloses a hybrid power system based on an ammonia-hydrogen engine and a hydrogen fuel cell and application, the hybrid power system comprises an ammonia fuel supply mechanism, a hydrogen fuel cell power mechanism, an ammonia-hydrogen engine power mechanism and a tail gas recovery processing mechanism, the gasifier is respectively communicated with the hydrogen fuel cell power mechanism, the ammonia hydrogen engine power mechanism and the tail gas recovery processing mechanism; the hydrogen fuel cell power mechanism comprises an ammonia decomposer, an ammonia separator, a hydrogen fuel cell and a transmission device which are sequentially connected in series, and the hydrogen fuel cell is electrically communicated with the transmission device; the ammonia separator and the hydrogen fuel cell are both communicated with the ammonia-hydrogen engine power mechanism; the ammonia-hydrogen engine power mechanism is respectively communicated with the tail gas recovery processing mechanism and is connected with the transmission device. According to the hybrid power system based on the ammonia-hydrogen engine and the hydrogen fuel cell and application, efficient energy output is achieved, and efficient utilization of fuel is achieved.
