The invention relates to a fuel cell and internal combustion engine hybrid power generation system based on methanol online reforming hydrogen production. The fuel cell and internal combustion engine hybrid power generation system comprises a methanol reforming hydrogen production system, a hydrogen internal combustion engine system, a hydrogen fuel cell system, a cooling and waste heat recycling device, a lithium battery system and a hybrid power generation domain control system. The methanol on-line reforming hydrogen production device is organically combined with the hydrogen fuel cell and the hydrogen internal combustion engine, hydrogen is supplied to the hydrogen fuel cell and the hydrogen internal combustion engine in a graded mode according to the hydrogen concentration, the utilization rate of hydrogen with different concentrations is increased, waste heat of the hydrogen fuel cell and the hydrogen internal combustion engine in the working process is fully utilized to complete the hydrogen production reaction, and dependence on an external heat source is avoided; and meanwhile, the hybrid power generation domain controller coordinates and manages the controllers of all the systems, and the system has the advantages of being high in energy utilization rate, high in starting and dynamic response speed, high in reliability, near-zero in emission and the like, and has good application prospects in the fields of various power generation and energy storage systems such as heavy vehicles, large ships, heavy-load equipment and power grids of all levels.
本发明涉及基于甲醇在线重整制氢的燃料电池与内燃机混合发电系统,包括:甲醇重整制氢系统、氢内燃机系统、氢燃料电池系统、冷却及余热回收利用装置、锂电池系统与混合发电域控制系统。本发明将甲醇在线重整制氢装置与氢燃料电池和氢内燃机有机结合,根据氢气浓度分级供给氢燃料电池和氢内燃机,提高了不同浓度氢气的利用率,充分利用氢燃料电池和氢内燃机在工作过程中余热完成制氢反应,不依赖外部热源,同时混合发电域控制器协调并管理各系统的控制器,本发明还具有能量利用率高、启动和动态响应速度快、可靠性高与近零排放等优点,在重型车辆、大型船舶、重载装备与各级电网等各类发电与储能系统领域具有良好应用前景。
