The invention discloses a hydrogen production, internal combustion engine and fuel cell hybrid system based on heavy-load equipment and a step regulation and control method thereof, and the step hydrogen feeding regulation and control method adopts an efficiency main regulation and control mode, namely, when the operation load is lower than the output power corresponding to the highest efficiency of the original large hydrogen feeding total amount, the step hydrogen feeding regulation and control mode is adopted; by reducing the total hydrogen inlet amount, the output efficiency in an original total hydrogen inlet amount mode is improved under the condition that the operation load is low, the output power range is expanded to a certain degree, the working efficiency of the whole system can be effectively improved, the requirement for ammonia is reduced, meanwhile, the requirements for the working time, the peak value and the capacity of a storage battery can be reduced, and the service life of the storage battery is prolonged. The residual electric quantity of the storage battery after operation is finished is reduced; according to the step hydrogen feeding regulation and control method, the response speed and the working efficiency of the whole system are improved, the working life of the storage battery is prolonged, the working time, the electricity storage capacity and the charging and discharging peak power of the battery are reduced, and the ammonia carrying amount and the economic cost of heavy-load equipment are reduced.

    本发明公开一种基于重载装备的制氢、内燃机和燃料电池混合系统及其阶跃调控方法,该阶跃进氢调控方法采用效率主调控的方式,即在运行负载低于原有较大进氢总量的最高效率对应输出功率的时候,通过降低进氢总量实现在运行负载较低的情况下,提升原有进氢总量的模式下的输出效率,并在一定程度上扩大输出功率范围,能够有效地提升全系统的工作效率,在减少对氨需求的同时,还能够降低蓄电池的工作时间,峰值以及容量需求,减少运行结束后蓄电池的余电量;本发明的阶跃进氢调控方法提升了整体系统的响应速度,工作效率以及蓄电池的工作寿命,降低了电池的工作时间,储电容量以及充放电峰值功率,减少了重载装备对氨的携带量以及经济成本。
