According to the influence of road conditions on a driver, the maximum load of the hydrogen energy automobile in a period of time in the future is given, and the hydrogen internal combustion engine is controlled to be turned on and turned off according to the maximum load, so that the situation that the driver needs rapid power is effectively avoided; according to the method, the problems that the hydrogen fuel cell is not timely in response and the safety and the efficiency are obviously reduced due to violent reaction of the hydrogen fuel cell are solved, and the service life and the energy conversion efficiency of the hydrogen fuel cell are improved while the service life of the hydrogen fuel cell is prolonged.

    本发明涉及商用车动力控制技术领域,公开了氢燃料电池和氢内燃机一体化的商用车用动力系统,包括:动力输出模块;信息采集模块;控制模块,其用于构建氢燃料电池负荷预测模型;决断模块,根据氢能源汽车在未来s秒内的最大负荷决定氢内燃机的开启或关闭。本发明根据道路状况对驾驶员的影响,给出氢能源汽车在未来一段时间内的最大负荷,并根据其进行控制氢内燃机的开启和关闭,可以有效避免驾驶员在需要快速动力时,氢燃料电池响应不及时、氢燃料电池剧烈反应带来的安全性和效率显著降低的现象,在提高氢燃料电池使用寿命的同时,提高氢燃料电池的使用寿命和能源转化效率。
