The invention relates to a travel control device, a travel control method, and a computer readable medium. Provided is a travel control device capable of appropriately controlling the travel of a vehicle on the basis of a peripheral image. The travel control device inputs a series of peripheral images indicating the peripheral situation of the vehicle up to the current time into a first neural network, thereby generating a future image indicating the peripheral situation of the vehicle predicted at a future time after a predetermined time from the current time. A control signal for controlling the travel of the vehicle is generated by inputting, among the series of peripheral images, the peripheral image currently output at the current time, the future image, and a predetermined time to a second neural network different from the first neural network.
