The method comprises the following steps: determining relation information between a plurality of accelerator pedal opening degrees and wheel end torques corresponding to the accelerator pedal opening degrees when a target vehicle is in a current vehicle speed and a current driving mode; determining a target wheel end required torque required by the target vehicle under the current working condition; determining a scale factor corresponding to the target wheel end demand torque based on the target wheel end demand torque and the plurality of wheel end torques included in the relation information; the scale factor is used for indicating the position of the target wheel end demand torque in a torque interval formed by a plurality of wheel end torques; based on the scale factor and the multiple accelerator pedal opening degrees, interpolation processing is carried out, and the target accelerator pedal opening degree is obtained; and based on the target accelerator pedal opening degree, driving control is conducted on the target vehicle.
