The invention discloses a transfer vehicle hoisting deflection compensation control system and method.The control system comprises an input unit, a controller and an output unit, the input unit comprises a detection system and an operation handle, and the detection system comprises a pin shaft sensor, a lifting length sensor, a sliding length sensor and a tilt angle sensor; the output unit comprises a lifting appliance lifting oil cylinder valve group, a lifting appliance sliding valve and a lifting appliance leveling valve, the lifting appliance lifting oil cylinder extends out by operating the operating handle, and the lifting arm slowly bears the weight of a lifted object; the controller obtains the variable quantity of the loading vehicle in the amplitude direction according to the real-time bearing weight of the suspension arm detected by the pin shaft sensor and a curve of the bearing weight of the suspension arm and the deflection generated by the bearing weight, and controls the sliding oil cylinder to execute the corresponding displacement quantity so as to realize compensation in the amplitude direction; meanwhile, the angle change of the rolling angle of the lifting appliance is detected in real time, and the rolling angle of the lifting appliance is compensated through leveling. The deviation of the lifting deflection of the transfer vehicle in the amplitude direction and the rolling angle direction of the lifting appliance can be compensated.

    本发明公开了一种转载车吊装扰度补偿的控制系统及方法,控制系统采用输入单元、控制器和输出单元,输入单元包括检测系统和操作手柄,检测系统包括销轴传感器、提升长度传感器、滑动长度传感器和倾角传感器,输出单元包括吊具提升油缸阀组、吊具滑动阀和吊具调平阀,操纵操作手柄,吊具提升油缸伸出,吊臂缓慢承载吊物重量;控制器通过销轴传感器检测到的吊臂实时承载重量,对照吊臂承载重量与其所产生扰度的曲线,得到装载车幅度方向的变化量,控制滑动油缸执行相应的位移量,实现幅度方向补偿;同时实时检测吊具翻滚角的角度变化,通过调平实现吊具翻滚角的补偿。本发明能补偿转载车吊装扰度在幅度方向和吊具翻滚角方向产生的偏差。
