The hoisting mechanism can be matched with the buried barrel to achieve barrel grabbing and barrel bottom opening and closing actions, compared with a folding arm type hoisting mechanism, displacement and angle measurement of all parts of the hoisting mechanism is visual and convenient, secondary calculation is not needed, precision is high, and a foundation is laid for automatic control.

    本发明公开了环卫设备技术领域的一种垂直式吊装机构、吊装车及控制方法,包括:包括回转平台,其下部安装有支腿且上部通过回转油缸安装有垂直臂,所述垂直臂安装有垂直伸缩油缸,且垂直臂能够在垂直伸缩油缸和回转油缸的驱动下做上下伸缩与回转动作,所述垂直臂上端铰接有水平臂,且水平臂安装有水平伸缩油缸,所述水平臂和垂直臂的铰接处安装有变幅油缸,且水平臂能够在水平伸缩油缸和变幅油缸驱动下做水平伸缩及上下俯仰动作。本发明中吊装机构可与地埋桶配合实现抓桶、开关桶底动作,相对于折臂式吊装机构,吊装机构各部件的位移、角度测量直观、方便,无需二次计算,精度高,为自动控制奠定基础。
