The invention relates to the technical field of mold lifting, in particular to a lifting mechanism for mold lifting, which comprises a lifting rod and a plurality of lifting lugs arranged in parallel at intervals, the lifting lugs are provided with lifting holes in a penetrating manner, the lifting rod is inserted into the lifting holes, the end part of the lifting rod is provided with a push block in a sliding manner, and the sliding direction of the push block is the same as the axial direction of the lifting rod; and an elastic pin and an arc-shaped steel elastic sheet are arranged at the push block and synchronously move along with the push block. Compared with a traditional method, according to the technical scheme, on the premise that the position and the structure of the lifting lug are not changed, the structure of the lifting rod is improved, the lifting rod is easy, convenient and smooth to insert into the lifting hole, operation is easy, after insertion, the push block is pushed to move through the plug, then the elastic pin is in close contact with the lifting lug, and the lifting rod is prevented from shaking in the lifting hole; and the right-angle surface of the elastic pin can prevent the hoisting rod from sliding out of the hoisting hole, so that the structure can avoid the phenomenon of unhooking under the condition of no manual operation.

    本发明涉及模具吊装技术领域,具体涉及一种模具起吊用吊装机构,包括起吊棒和多个并列间隔设置的吊耳,所述吊耳贯穿开设有吊孔,所述起吊棒插入所述吊孔内,起吊棒的端部滑动设置有推块,所述推块的滑动方向与起吊棒的轴向相同;推块处设置有弹销和弧形钢弹片,所述弹销和所述弧形钢弹片跟随推块同步移动。相较于传统方法,本技术方案在不改变吊耳位置以及结构的前提下,通过对起吊棒自身结构进行改进,使其在插入吊孔时,较为简便顺利,易于操作,而在插入后,通过堵头推动推块移动,进而实现弹销与吊耳紧密接触,避免起吊棒在吊孔内晃动;且弹销的直角面能够避免起吊棒滑出吊孔,在不受人为操作的情况下,本结构可以避脱钩现象的发生。
